I have spent my career helping organizations connect with people.
That work has taken many forms. I have led teams, built relationships, developed strategy, created campaigns, represented organizations, and supported the communities they serve.
The setting may change. The responsibility does not.
Listen first, build trust, create clarity. Help people recognize what they do well and give them the confidence to grow. Working together is how ideas turn into results.

I believe strong organizations are built by people who feel trusted, supported, and empowered.
Leadership is not about having every answer. It is about asking the right questions, recognizing potential in others, giving people the tools, encouragement, and opportunity to succeed.
My leadership style is collaborative, direct, optimistic, and accountable. I value honest communication, where every team member has a voice to freely express their take on any situation. Honesty is never negotiable.
Expectations should be clear, creating a feeling of ownership and accountability for the task at hand. People deserve to know that their work matters and that they are appreciated.
Trust is earned through consistency. It grows when people know you will listen, becoming stronger when they know you will follow through.

Faith, family, and community have always been central to my life.
I was raised to believe that character matters. I learned that how we treat people says more about us than a title ever will. I also learned that optimism is not the absence of difficulty. It is the choice to move forward with purpose.
Those beliefs continue to shape how I work. They influence how I lead. They guide how I respond when circumstances become difficult.
I try to see the best in people. I want others to recognize the strengths they may not yet see in themselves. Helping someone grow in confidence, ability, or purpose is one of the most meaningful parts of leadership.
My professional background includes executive media leadership, marketing strategy, revenue development, public communication, creative production, and community engagement.
Each role has taught me something different.
Media taught me how to listen to an audience. Sales taught me how to understand needs. Marketing taught me how to create connection. Leadership taught me that people are the most important part of any organization.
Experience has also taught me to stay curious. The best ideas rarely come from one person. They develop when people feel comfortable sharing what they see, what they know, and what they believe is possible.

Service has always been part of my professional life.
I have had the opportunity to support nonprofit organizations, chambers of commerce, civic groups, industry associations, community events, and educational programs.
Those experiences have reinforced a simple belief: leadership carries a responsibility to contribute.
Success is not measured only by revenue, recognition, or a title. It is also measured by the people we help. It is reflected in the relationships we build. It can be seen in the communities that become stronger because people chose to become involved.

I care deeply about the work I do. I enjoy solving problems, developing ideas, and helping people move forward with confidence.
A good strategy matters. Clear communication matters.
Follow-through matters even more.
At the heart of it, I want people to feel valued, teams to become stronger, organizations to grow in ways that serve the people around them.
That is what makes the work meaningful to me.
