As Vice President and Market Manager for QueenB Radio Wisconsin, I led sales, programming, operations, budgeting, staff development, and community partnerships.
At Shaw Local Radio, I supported market operations, revenue strategy, client relationships, and team development.
My leadership style is collaborative, direct, optimistic, and accountable. I believe people perform at their best when expectations are clear, they are empowered to do the work and know their contribution matters.

Media, Communications & Creative Production
Broadcasting taught me how to listen.
It also taught me how to communicate clearly, respond under pressure, understand an audience, and connect with people in real time.
My experience includes broadcasting, programming, production, imaging, copywriting, public speaking, event hosting, and crisis communication.
Earlier roles with major media organizations shaped my approach to leadership, audience engagement, and creative execution.
Community Leadership & Public Representation
Leadership extends beyond the workplace.
I have represented organizations through chamber service, nonprofit boards, civic committees, industry associations, educational programs, and legislative advocacy.
My community involvement has included leadership with the Platteville Regional Chamber, Wisconsin Badger Camp, Wisconsin Broadcasters Association, Potosi Foundation, Platteville Optimist Club, and the City of Platteville.
Those experiences continue to reinforce a simple belief: leadership carries a responsibility to contribute.
